Custom culottes are now available for purchase. Prices will vary dependent on material chosen, but these can be made from a wide variety of materials. Sequins, suiting materials, light weight to heavy, I've got you covered, but just bearly. 
 
These pieces are mostly by commission, though I will likely have many options ready to show for inspiration or trial fitting. I will need 3 measurements to be able to make them, plus some input on style: a waist measurement (around the torso at the belly button), a belly button to ankle drape measurement (do *not* follow the contours of the body when taking this as the garment is not form fitting, just let it drop), and a measurement from the belly button, thru the crotch, to the middle of the back.
